Instead of relying on families to become salespeople as other fundraising ideas do, families fundraising with SCRIP are raising money simply by changing their method of payment. They won't be spending extra time, energy, or money on your fundraiser. In fact, once it’s up and running, SCRIP fundraising is simply integrated into your everyday life.
The only planning ahead you have to do is deciding what SCRIP you need to purchase, and even this revolves around your schedule. From taking on a home improvement project to planning a date night out to even just buying gas and groceries, you can order SCRIP beforehand and earn rebates every day!
Every vendor determines the percentage discount they will offer to us when we buy their gift cards....this s what we refer to as our profit margin. The order form lists a profit margin for every vendor; and if you buy SCRIP online, the profit margin is always shown for each vendor. Many families decide where to shop based on who offers the largest profit margin.
These are just a few ideas about how to make SCRIP work for you and your family. Each family's needs are different, however, you get to make it work for you! Remember, when you buy SCRIP you're not spending any extra money...It's an even exchange. Any profit earned from your purchases is FREE MONEY, which helps the school AND helps your family. It's a WIN-WIN!
Mondays and Fridays (during the school year).
*If school is not in session on one of those days, SCRIP sales will be moved to the following school day. In the event of a 1 or 2-hour delay, SCRIP sales will still be on the same day.
After Saturday evening Mass
Sunday mornings from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

MORE ABOUT SCRIP
SCRIP AGREEMENT
Many school families have grandparents and other relatives/friends buying SCRIP and donating their profits to them. Do you have parents/grandparents who could help? Friends at church who don't have students at SV or whose students have graduated?
Face it, we all occasionally end up making unplanned purchases. If you have a Raise Right account, you can buy SCRIP right at the store or restaurant! Using an online account via the app, you can use your smartphone to buy and store your SCRIP, and use it anywhere, anytime.
The families that earn the most TIP are the ones who've made SCRIP an automatic part of their shopping planning. Many buy the same things every week (such as groceries and gas), no matter what, as they know they'll always be spending that money. They add in other things as needed, such as less frequent needs, gifts, donations, etc. Similar to clipping coupons, small amounts add up over a period of time to become a surprisingly large amount! Its all about the volume!
There are literally HUNDREDS of vendors who offer SCRIP who are not listed on our order form due to space restrictions. While the most frequently sold items are on the front page of our order form and are always in stock, there are SO MANY MORE special order items available. See the back page of the order form or go to www.raiseright.com for even more. We can special order these items for you on Monday and have them back to you by Thursday.

The St. Vincent School HASA organization is looking forward to a great school year. Our mission is to enhance and encourage the community of St. Vincent School by serving and supporting our children and teachers. Every St. Vincent School family and staff member is a part of the HASA organization. Our ability to serve the children, families, and school community depends on our having active members- members to demonstrate the value of involvement, to serve as enthusiastic volunteers and to help generate funds to operate. With a vibrant membership we can host great programs for our families and students and be a powerful voice for our children and teachers.
HASA holds a number of events each school year and many hands make light work.
Below are listed HASA events. Please consider giving a small bit of your time and talent. St. Vincent School relies greatly on the stewardship of our larger Community in Christ.
