Saint Vincent de Paul School Cafeteria shows the beauty and faith of the Catholic Church through food. Almost every Sunday, we hear about food from the bible in one of the Mass readings. We know that Christ, the Bread of Life, is vital for sustaining and nourishing our faith, just as physical food is vital for nourishing and sustaining our bodies. St. Vincent's cafeteria staff live the discipleship of Christ by lovingly preparing homemade meals daily to nourish our students.
The USDA and the Department of Education’s National School Lunch and Breakfast program offering free meals to ALL students, nationwide, has not been continued and will not be available for the 2022-2023 school year.
Although USDA’s recent announcement no longer supports free meals for all students, we continue to encourage families needing assistance to apply for textbooks and future meal assistance benefits.
If (and only if) your family could typically qualify for free or reduced lunch (check your eligibility here), it is important that you complete this application, as it could impact the assessment of curricular material fees or other billing items throughout the year. Find the Application Here and Instructions to Parents Here.
Please complete one application per household. Some families are pre-qualified to receive free or reduced-price meal benefits and would have already received a letter in the mail this summer from the Nutrition Services department. If your family has already received a letter indicating you are pre-qualified for free or reduced-price meal benefits, please do not complete a meal application.
St. Vincent de Paul School uses the online service MySchoolAccount for a parent to monitor a child’s lunchtime purchases, make deposits directly into a child’s meal account and have an email reminder sent when an account balance gets low. Debit account deposits can be made through ACH payments via MySchoolAccount. We do not accept credit card payments at this time.
