After School Care

ASC Rates 

• $5.00 attendance fee, plus $2.50 per hour, per student
• There is a discount of 40% off the hourly rate for families with multiple children.
• Pick up must be by 6:00 pm. Late pick up charge is $2 per minute for each child.
• To pick up: park and then call 260-750-4161 or 260-489-3537 ext. 211
• Staff will clock student out and walk them outside and they will be sent to their vehicles. Parents will not be allowed in the building unless there is a scheduled meeting. 

Daily Schedule (subject to change)

Sign in/Snack (Cafeteria or Gym) 2:45-3:10 pm

• K&1st will remain where they are and have some play time until 3:45(4:15 if we remain inside)
• 2nd&3rd will go outside(back of cafeteria) until 3:45
• 4th&5th go to room 115 for homework until 4:15
• 6th,7th,&8th go to room 118 for homework until 4:15

Next

• K&1st will go to room 115 at 4:15
• 2nd&3rd will go to room 117 at 3:45
• 4th&5th will go outside(or cafeteria) at 4:15
• 6th, 7th, &8th will go outside(or cafeteria) at 4:15

Finally

• K&1st remain in room 115
• 2nd&3rd move to room 115 around 5
• 4th+ move back to room 115 at 5

Everyone should be in room 115 by 5pm

** iPads are for homework use only. They may only be on their iPad if they have homework.

Pickup is at door 9

• Call (260)750-4161 or (260)489-3537 ext. 211 and inform whoever answers the phone who you are and who you are picking up. That person will then clock out the child/children and send them outside.

• We have a person stationed at the door to be sure they get into the vehicle safely.
